I am a student studying in Hong Kong. Just received an email from Maret School, and I am on the waitlist for Grade 10. However, my parents and I would like to apply to Grade9, we've mentioned this to the interviewer, and he agreed to make arragement for me. In this case, I would like to take your suggestion. Yes , It's good to contact your interviewer and tell him or her about your wish to apply for grade 9, it's a little late at this stage but there is no harm to try.

Congratulations you were able to move one step further towards your goal. I've noticed that you are still put on the waitlist for 9th grade. Do you have alternatives? Are you willing to consider an excellent school with boarding in New York?
