很棒的問題。Episcopal 在亞洲只有在臺灣有。It was organized after American Revolution, 這個宗教比較forward thinking,想法和別的宗教較前衛(wèi), 學(xué)校的宗旨大多是college prep, 我覺的正是這個原因，他們的學(xué)術(shù)，師資和生源要比較好。但和 independent school 比起來，他們還是要上圣經(jīng)課。

Episcopal Church has a very strong tradition of emphasizing on human reason, while understanding that is a true gift from God, as a tool to reveal God's grace and works in human history. Therefore, any episcopal schools and academic institutions tend to focus on academic success which encourages human curiosity and reason power. No wonder to see many great universities in England starting from this Anglican tradition.
Episcopal schools, private and secondary schools in USA, England, and other countries continue to foster this tradition and have been known for their academic strength.
Religious schools tend to offer more ethical education based on their religious belief along with academic curriculum. The type of their ethical/religious education at religious school varies. I recommend students and their parents to look into schools carefully before making the final decision.
