家長您好: 建議回國去領(lǐng)館面簽F-1，小留學(xué)生有學(xué)校出具的I-20，學(xué)校正規(guī)的情況下，一般不會被拒。8月是面簽高峰期，建議可以先約面試時間再填寫表格。不建議留在美國轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)生身份，這樣對學(xué)生未來再申請簽證會有問題。
面試一般會被問到關(guān)于所申請學(xué)校的問題，例如申請學(xué)校名稱，為什么選擇這所學(xué)校，學(xué)校的地理位置，去讀年級，住在哪里。面簽是否順利與孩子的英語水平，去美國念書的必要性及準(zhǔn)備材料完整性都有關(guān)系。 -
Change of status can be challenging. Previously US law permitted persons entering on tourist B-2 visas to change status to F-1 visas. That is no longer the case. You should apply from your country of origin or residence, and reenter US in F-1 status.
