不知是否是最近的規(guī)定？我十年前組織過(guò)f=ma的競(jìng)賽，參加者中有不少留學(xué)生，也取得了成績(jī)。不過(guò)，近兩年我輔導(dǎo)參加此競(jìng)賽的學(xué)生都是ABC。
